JUST FOR LAUGH
A certain businessman was lying on his death-bed when he called his wife and seven children by his side. With a soft and can barely heard voice, he made a roll call of his children from the eldest to the youngest to check if all were present. Upon knowing and realizing that all of them were there, he shouted at the top of his voice, “Why are you all here? Who is taking care of our business?” and he breathed his last.
THINGS TO LEARN
-
What really matters in life are the things that matters the most: like our family. Relationships are essential in this life and even beyond, but sometimes we give less priority in building them. Resources and money are likewise important but many are in the dilemma of prioritizing it at the expense of the few essentials.

Real treasures cannot be bought by money because they’re too expensive. Things that last are those that have the highest value. Your wife or husband, parents, sibling and children are gifts from God and are not worth exchanging to any material thing in this world. God’s word declares that, “he who finds a wife finds what is good… and children are gifts from the Lord; they are a reward from Him… How joyful is the man whose quiver is full of them.”

Wrong priorities blind us from the true purpose and meaning of life. Do business for your family, and if you are to choose where to give more of your time, I think investing it with your family is a wise decision and a great investment!
Q: What or who do you consider as your treasures? How do you express their value to you?
LIVE A HAPPY LIFE
Matthew 6:19-21,“Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroys, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.”
Real riches are what we can store up and bring to heaven with us, where they are safe and secure. It’s very important then to distinguish the genuine from the fake. You can be very rich, yet, in reality you’re poor. Or you can be poor but rich. If you have a good and discerning heart, you can be both rich here and there. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. In accumulating treasures, we must have a clean and pure heart. Guard your heart from wrong priorities and learn to focus on your real treasures in life. God bless you and enjoy your day!
